Risk Details, Approvals and Scores
The screen shot below shows a sample risk in the system. It gives you the name of the risk, its class
and category, it explains what the adverse outcome might be if the risk occurred and the people who
are designated to deal with mitigating the risk. As you can see, whatever changes are made there is
a Risk Approval System so that changes cannot be made to the system unsupervised. In the boxes to
the right, you can see two definitions as follows.
