Importing Risk Registers
Most firms we talk to have their Risk Registers in some kind of Excel format. What we did was to take
a representative sample of companies and build a common risk register format. Of course, we needed
to know the risk name, its unique ID, its description and the adverse outcome, should the risk occur,
but we also needed other information about likelihood and impact.
