Management Overview Dashboard
There is a strict hierarchy that needs a quick explanation. At the top of the tree is the Risk Manager
who is responsible for all Risks in the defined territory. Reporting to the Risk Manager are Risk Owners
who have their own portfolios of Risks. They can see their portfolios but no others. Reporting to the
Risk Manager is the Control Owner. These are the people that are ultimately responsible for putting a
mitigation in place. Reporting to the control owner are various task owners, whose job it is to start and
finish each task within a given time frame. Alerts by email and SMS are available.
